You have (3) days after the item(s) was delivered to notify us that there is an issue to be eligible for a complete refund. To be eligible for a complete refund, your item must be in the condition (new) it was received in. “New” at Sylvia Mollie means unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged. All labels must be attached.
We do reserve the right to refuse return, if these terms are not met. You are responsible for paying for return shipping. Please allow (7) business days for refund to be processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping.
You may return item(s) for exchange. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the returning item must be in the condition (new) it was received in. “New” at Sylvia Mollie means unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged. All labels must be attached. Please allow (5) business days to process exchange and get your new item sent out. A new tracking number will follow.
Please double check the size chart to ensure the right size is ordered for garment comfort and satisfaction.
Although we try our best to insure color, colors appear different depending on screen resolution.
Because we are a small business we cannot except returns for “buyer’s remorse” but of those items that are defective do to sewing errors. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packing do to the error of the shipping company.
